Our Board of Directors and Officers consist of people who have a background in categories applicable to this Ministry. They are as follows:

Deborah Mabray Caudle received her bachelor's degree in biology from Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas and a master's degree in biology from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas. Three of her five children have struggled with medical conditions. She prays that the works of the Lord are manifested in the lives of all of her children. She is the co-founder of When Are We Going Home Ministry, co-author of four of the When Are We Going Home series of books and co-author of two original songs recorded on the Spirit Sent "Healing Hearts Changing Lives CD" 

David Caudle is co-founder of When Are We Going Home Ministry. He is the Bass singer in Spirit Sent and recorded on the CD "Healing Hearts Changing Lives". David is in construction and will built the camp once land is acquired. He is married to Deborah. They both are also foster parents for primary medical needs children and their siblings.

Debra Massey Griffin grew up in Houston, attended Texas Womans University, majored in nursing, graduated from Bryman Medical School, ceriified EEG/EKG tech, letter carrier nine years. Love God, Love children, love animals, firm believer in prayer and miracles. Excited to see what plans God has for me in this ministry.

Deb Davis - has been in the legal profession for over 30 years. She resides just out of Ferris, Texas. She has a passion to help others. 

Maureen Sherman is a professional and flies with a commercial airline. Her passion is horses and helping teach horsemanship to children. She helps with the ministry's equine ministry program and is the director. She lives in Midlothian, Texas.  She has administrative guidance for the board.

Lou Bell also loves horses and teaching horsemanship to children. She also helps with the ministry's equine ministry. She strives for horse safety and has built equine facilities. She lives in Midlothian, Texas.  She also has administrative guidance for the board.

Kimberly Boswell is a registered massage therapist and owner of Wellness from Within in Lindale, Texas, where she lives with her husband, Randy, and son, Jake. She dedicates her efforts to support other families dealing with illness, to her son, Joshua, who passed away in 1989 after a battle with cystic fibrosis, and in honor of Jake's ongoing battle with cystic fibrosis and diabetes. She attends the "Life" School of Continuing Education and prays that sharing her experiences will benefit you!  

Jake Washburn lives with the challenge of Cystic fibrosis. He encourages parents to never loose your faith and hope. He also wants last but not least for parents to love medically challenged children with unconditional acceptance. Jake is currently in college.

Ron Glidewell is the current President of the Board of Directors. He is a builder and has dedicated his life to construction. He serves the Lord daily through his walk with Christ and is very active in Church. He lives in Lancaster, Texas.

Dalena Glidewell has been trained as a lay chaplain specific for children and their families. She has been a volunteer chaplain as Baylor and Children's Medical Center. She is married to Ron and God is the center of their lives.

Marcia Campbell is the Mother of an child that grew up with a medical challenge and is now an adult. She was also the Ferris Public Librarian for many years. She lives in Ferris, Texas.  

Ashley Caudle is mother of a medically challenged child. She is a sophomore at Navarro College and is majoring in Psychology. She is also the sister of medically challenged children.

Anna King - is a retired school teacher with a zeal to serve the Lord. She resides just out of Ferris, Texas
